Kentim University, established in 2014, is a dynamic institution committed to excellence in training, consultancy, and research. With its roots in both Uganda and the United Kingdom, Kentim University operates through its trading arms, Kentim Ventures Ltd, based in Kampala, Uganda, and Kentim Ventures UK Ltd, based in London. These ventures form the backbone of the university’s business operations, which include real estate, agricultural trading, and the distribution of specialized machinery and products across East Africa and Europe.
In December 2014, the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) awarded Kentim University a Letter of Interim Authority (LOIA), empowering it to develop partnerships, build infrastructure, and establish programs aligned with its long-term vision. Since its inception, Kentim University has launched several key projects that provide students with valuable internships, apprenticeships, and hands-on training opportunities.
